Speaker, the petitioners pray that the Departmental Committee recommends that the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) harmonizes payment of hardship allowance for public servants; that, the PSC pays hardship allowance arrears to public servants stationed in Tharaka South District, Tharaka North District and Igambang’ombe Division, and makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case.
