    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I just want to support the petition since we all know that we do not have enough teachers in our schools. Most of them tend to go to towns because they tend to feel that, that is a place for them to be. We have to motivate those going to hardship areas by giving them hardship allowances so that most of them are able to go to those schools and teach. To make sure that we have enough staff in the hardship areas, we need to motivate the teachers who go there. Thank you."
