Member for Kanduyi, may not have looked at the Central Bank of Kenya (Amendment) Act of 2014 and more particularly, Section 4 to appreciate the Paper being laid by the Leader of the Majority Party. That is the reason I am allowing him to make a statement relating to that Paper, which will eventually be referred to the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade.
