Speaker, the HBC is concerned that the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has delayed in submitting its proposed amendments to the Banking (Amendment) Bill, 2015 and the Miscellaneous Fees and Levies Bill, 2015. I am aware that the Committee is busy, but I implore the chairperson to fast-track the consideration of those Bills and submit the amendments to enable the House conclude these Bills. Hon.
