Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 230(5), this House resolves to extend the period prescribed for the consideration of the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the Petition for the removal of the Chairperson and Members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), laid on the Table of the House on July 19, 2016 by a period of thirty (30) days."
