    "content": "The Committee mandated to make laws on the IEBC is the one that has brought this amendment to this House. It is obliged to do so. Even if we call any other Committee names like Select Committee or Joint Committee, the bottom line is that the provision to amend this law must be brought to this Committee to look at and bring it back to this same Floor. Even if we were to deal with the question of removal of commissioners, unless that Select Committee amends Article 251(2), it will do all that, but eventually bring it as a petition or amendment to The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
