    "content": "I would like to urge my fellow Members that we oppose this Bill. We take some time to think through the various proposals so that we can strengthen the Commission. You will agree with me that if we go the way the Bill is proposing, it is the third time we are attempting to disband the IEBC. I think, as somebody said, we must not make the IEBC to be a graveyard of careers. We must not make it that those who superintend over our elections are actually committing crime of their lifetime."
