    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to make my contributions to this Bill which I oppose. Just like my colleagues have indicated, my reason is also on the timing. If you remember, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, just yesterday, the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee tabled a Report in this House. They hinted that the Report was as a result of an investigation they did that was clearing the IEBC commissioners of any wrong doing in matters of corruption. In quick succession, the same Committee is bringing amendments to have several aspects of our electoral system reformed."
