    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to express myself on this Petition. Busia, like any other border point, is the gateway to our country. It is also an exit point for the business community. This is an area where order is necessary. Proper planning and support to the business community are necessary to ensure economic growth and that the people in the area also enjoy their daily activities. We should ensure order and benefits to the people in the area when the measures will be put in place as petitioned."
