    "content": "We have the Nyumba Kumi Initiative which the Government came up with to supplement and support the village elders. Since it was started, it has not taken ground as we wanted it to be. It has not been taken seriously. If it is implemented fully and the village elders are incorporated into it, it will prevent terror attacks, people infiltrating into the villages and radicalisation of our children and such like things."
