    "content": "consider water as a basic necessity but you do not provide it to our children, then it means that we are not providing for them. As a country, we should be in a position to provide basic needs. Water is one of the basic needs. We are so many years after Independence. At this particular time in age, we should, at least, make sure that our schools have the basics like water and electricity. I know that the Government has done a lot to connect electricity in primary schools."
