    "content": "I support this Motion and encourage the Government to wake up and not assume that this very important role should be left to counties. Let the national Government contribute substantially towards availing water to all Kenyans in this century. In the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), it was planned that all people would have water in this country. It is as a result of corruption that we do very little and allocate resources which end up in people’s pockets. I urge the national Government and county governments to ensure that water is available to our small children, so, that we may reduce the death rate as a result of waterborne diseases."
