    "content": "The heavy burden goes to the Kenyan women. I want to urge the Jubilee Government, if it means well for the women to provide them with water. It will go down in history that from 2013 to 2017, they did something which will make them proud at the end of their term. Lack of water in our institutions has contributed to poor performance of girls and endangered them. Most of them are raped and end up with unwanted pregnancies."
