"content": "I want to say that as a country, let us get our priorities right and let us plan. If we do not plan properly, we will continue year in, year out, talking about drought. A nation should be able to feed its people. How is the nation going to be able to feed its people? A nation will be able to feed its people by ensuring that these people have the right tools and mechanisms to produce the food to feed themselves. The Government cannot come and give you food in a plate, but it can give you the proper way to ensure that you are able to produce food. Let us plan as Kenyans and not fail to plan. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
