    "content": "Most of the people who serve in the counties did not go through serious vetting. It was only done by the County Public Service Board which was appointed by governor to assist them to sanitise members whom they wanted to employ in particular positions. The products of the County Public Service Boards have never been of any good to the county. This Bill is timely. Most people who were qualified to serve in positions like CECs and the COs were literally removed from the list of interviewees because their political alignments were different, yet they were qualified in most of the counties especially in my county."
