"content": "I do not know the relevance of marital status with the kind of employment one is applying for. Whether you are single, divorced or widow, I do not know the relevance of that. How does it affect one when applying for a certain position? I thought it is only my qualifications, what I have and done before, the references in my CV and my performance that matter. These are some of the small issues that need to be looked into so that you do not turn away someone because he is not married or divorced and yet, he is qualified. For example, if he is divorced, you say because she does not have a husband or he does not have a wife, he or she should not appear before this committee."
