    "content": "This country is blessed with people with good brains and who are well educated. The youth are frustrated and tend to go abroad to look for employment. It is high time the county governments and national Government thought twice about the idea of recycling spent forces. It is very embarrassing to find the youth loitering around looking for employment and yet, there is somebody somewhere who is a grandmother or grandfather of over 60 years and is still being retained in a particular job because of experience."
