    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to also support this important Bill. It provides for the procedure of approval of public appointments by the county assemblies. It also provides for clarity and guidance to the county assemblies as they exercise their function of approving public appointments. The approval by the county assemblies is very important and a must.
