    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Bill but I would like to propose two amendments. The first one is that once the report is debated by the committee, it will be taken to the plenary of the assembly. However, it is not clear from the law as to whether the assembly must debate and thereafter vote on the same report. It follows without saying that, that will probably be the most illogical thing. The particular section is not clear."
