    "content": "domestic situation and come up with laws that are friendly, helpful, not oppressive and laws that do not leave us with hangovers of the colonial era. We need to liberate our minds, to review our laws and to live in an environment where we domesticate our own laws and where we bring together some legislation that fits the lifestyle of our people. I would also urge that once this Petition goes through, we need to look at how it can attract a national fund in order to carry forward the mandate of the girl guides in the country. I am not quite sure why it has been committed to the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. I support the Petition. Thank you."
