I want to support the Petition and just add that what happened to Quinter is a clear case of recklessness by the police force in terms of handling the very equipment in the name of guns that we buy for them to protect the lives and property of Kenyans. If you were close to the family of this little girl, like me, you will appreciate that this was a very sad case of irresponsibility by the police officer who shot that girl."
