He is yet to know the sitting arrangements. That is on a light touch. However, Order No. 11 is something I would like you to indulge me for a second. This is because the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill is usually done on simple errors and things which are non-existent in law. Hon. Speaker, we have rulings in this House.
