    "content": "Member for Suba, you do not have to speak. What you want to say mostly likely has been said in different words. So, just relax. We owe it to the country. We are required, as a matter of fact, to invite the public to appear before our Committees and say whatever they have to say about each legislative proposal that is presented before the House. To the extent that this comes by way as a Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill but affecting a few pieces of legislation, it is only fair that the House gets the benefit of the reports from those Committees on what the public has said, if anything at all. To be fair, this is something the Committees should have done. Indeed, the Leader of the Majority Party agrees to have it stood down for two weeks."
