    "content": "I order and direct that the Clerk arranges newspaper advertisements indicating desire for the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare to hear presentations to amend the Industrial Training Act; the Departmental Committee on Health to hear proposals on amendment to the National Hospital Insurance Fund Act; the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade to hear public presentations on the proposals to amendment the Copyright Act; the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology to invite the public to give their views on the proposed amendments to the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development Act, 2003 as amended in 2013 and; finally, to invite the public to give views on the proposed amendment to the Kenya Law Reform Commission Act of 2013 and file reports within a period of two weeks, so that nobody thinks that it is an opportunity to go and relax. The Chairs of those Committees are advised. You do not have to go to any place outside Nairobi. I am sure the Clerk can put the advertisements even tomorrow. It is important to let the public express themselves on these proposals. It is so ordered."
