    "content": "Why do we not clear this? This Bill has been pending for too long. I do not even know. The Leader of the Majority Party, the issues this Bill was supposed to address touched on the last financial year’s Budget. I suspect if you consider the current proposals, they may have been addressed by the Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury in this year’s Budget. Unless you withdraw it, it is still part of your legislative proposals."
