    "content": "in the agricultural sector are seriously regulated. We do not want issues of Kenyans being mistreated by foreigners in the name of having tea or flower farms. We ask the Government to look at the investors, especially in Kericho County, vis a vis the welfare of the workers. Then, it should ensure there is stability in the market. Agriculture is the mainstay of this country. I ask this House to support. I ask the Executive to be on the lookout to ensure that no workers are mistreated in this country. No amount of intimidation will be tolerated. I support this very important Bill. Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker."
