    "content": "This Bill will also facilitate regional trade through harmonised commodity standards. This is to do with quality. If the standards are harmonised across the region, they will be met. This will allow such commodities to be exported to other countries at rates that are competitive. The adoption of post-harvest best practices can take advantage of this warehouse receipts system."
