    "content": "The Bill has also addressed a number of issues, mainly dealing with the establishment of Warehouse Receipts System Council, inspection and licensing of warehouse receipts. It deals with obligation and rights of warehouse operators within our country upon the receipts. It also deals with negotiations and transfers of receipts and many others. Without much ado, I want to thank all the Members. I am sure all the issues which they have raised will help in improving this piece of legislation when it comes for the Third Reading.
