    "content": "I end by saying that Article 226(5) of the Constitution must be adhered to, to the letter. It requires public officers to be held responsible for misuse or for directing misuse of public funds under their control. I can see that my time is up. This is a good Bill. I support it, but we require bringing a number of amendments to it. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
