I said that it is not fatal when we do not have it. The ideal situation is that we should have the Report. That should be very clear, Hon. Mwadeghu, so that Committees do not become lazy and fail to present Reports. It is critical that we have them, but it is not going to be fatal that we cannot proceed on the basis of that."
