    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I commend the Members for the spirit to implement the Constitution; a responsibility we undertook to perform and I believe we are doing it. I also commend the Executive for getting us here quickly, so that we could withdraw those Bills and move the process forward. I want to urge the Members that during this recess, we can deal with those very important issues which are affecting our country and, of course, one of them is drought. We, as leaders, must lead from the front. It is not just a responsibility of the Government or somebody else, but it is our responsibility to lead from the front and make sure that our communities do not perish because of lack of food. Indeed, we need to talk and also take some action."
