    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to urge hon. Members that when they are on recess, especially this time, with this drought, we are going to have cases of cholera, because of lack of adequate water, or not knowing where the water emanates from. So, I want to ask hon. Members that as they are out there, they should work closely with our health facilities and health officers to educate our communities on how the incidents of cholera can be reduced. This can be done by asking them to boil their drinking water, or have the water treated by the public health officers who are on the ground."
