    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I asked whether the Member is in order to say that. Firstly, the Luhya community is not mentioned in this Motion. We are talking to the Luhya communities humbly. That should be extended to the Mulembe community by our colleagues. I have never said it on the Floor of the House. I am not in The Hansard . This Motion is on behalf of the House Business Committee (HBC). The Motion was discussed in the HBC; unless the Member was away. Ours is either to approve or reject it. There is no way you can separate Hon. Omulele from the Motion. So, you have no choice, Hon. Jakoyo, but to support Hon. Omulele and reject the Motion. You must live by your conscience. If you do not want a Member of Parliament from Western Kenya to be a Member of the Chairperson’s Panel, please say so, so that others can contribute. If you do not want the President, the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and a Member of the Chairperson’s Panel to come from the Luhya community, you better say so.
