    "content": "remember also that at the beginning of this term in 2013, we were confronted with the same problem when setting up the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and the Public Investments Committee (PIC). This is a pointer to the Parliamentary Select Committee on electoral reforms and to some of the things that we should do as a country. We should make sure that we consult with those who do not sit in this House. Maybe we can get ways to see that those who lose presidential elections sit in this House and become the Leader of the Minority Party, like Hon. Nyenze or the Leader of the Minority Party in the Senate. Consultations should not take so long. We should not consult people as they attend conventions in the United States of America (USA) or somewhere else."
