    "content": "The parents of those two girls did not know where they were. In this case, the boy got them for nothing. A neighbour of that slum guy was curious and called the police. We should not debate this Bill as it is. It has been here since 2015 and this shows laxity and lack of worry in the Committee that is concerned.
