    "content": "This Bill has gone through the Committee and Clause 30 seeks to amend Section 2(13) by reducing the mandatory rank of the Director of Military Prosecution from a Brigadier to any one not below the rank of a Major. This is to avoid the possibility where there is no officer of the rank of a Brigadier to perform the function of the Director of Military Prosecution. So, it further seeks to extend that office. It should not only be pegged at a Brigadier level, any other officer can take that role."
