I wish to join the Leader of the Majority Party in giving morale, support, thanks and congratulations to all the men and women in uniform who continue to put their lives on the line in our defense and that of this great Republic. The Kenya Defence Forces (Amendment) Bill, 2015 was published on 24th July, 2015 and read the First Time on 18th August, 2015. Thereafter it was committed to the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations for consideration pursuant to Standing Order No.127.
