    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, livestock theft has also increased in this country as a result of the high cost of living. The education sector has also been affected because headmasters in our schools are not able to pay electricity and water bills, and even buy food for their students. Therefore, learning is seriously eroded. Learning is affected. Headmasters are currently considering raising school fees. This is not proper because inflation is very high. When you look at the industrlization sector, investors are not willing to come to this country. The cost of investment and running business in this country is very high. This has led to loss of job opportunities for our youth. Therefore, it is important that the Government addresses this matter seriously. Workers cannot enjoy the fruit of their labour because of high inflation. Parastatals must be managed by competent people, so that productivity is achieved in order to create employment opportunities for our people."
