When we go to the Committee of the whole House, we will bring some amendments because this is not provided for in the Bill. We also have a Petition by Hon. For purposes of equity, it will be nice for every constituency to have a recruitment centre for the military people. We are here representing the constituencies and the moment we move away from there, we are likely to have issues of bias. Every MP is here for purposes of representation. Even the MP for Tetu, who is the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations, will be happy to see that there is a recruitment centre in his constituency. My people of Kiminini will also be happy to see a recruitment centre in Kiminini. This is for purposes of equity. Clause 13 says: “Where the Defence Forces are deployed for any purpose contemplated in sub-section 1 (a) or (b), the Cabinet Secretary shall inform the National Assembly promptly---”"
