    "content": "This expression, “reasonable time” is very wide and ambiguous. The Chair should consider specifying what time. Is it one week, two weeks or one month? I say so because I am aware of people who have made an effort to resign not only from the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) but also from other Government entities, but it takes time for their request to be considered. It makes sense for us to clearly express that consideration will take one month, or two weeks instead of having very ambiguous expression in the law."
