    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am really surprised by the Minister’s answer. There have been a lot of flaws in the procurement of various military hardware or items in the Armed Forces of late. It is a matter that is causing a lot of concern among members of the public. I wonder whether the confidentiality the Minister has talked about is related to the flawed process of procurement of the F5 Jets that were purchased and yet they cannot take off and the navy ships that have been under repair for very many years. Could he confirm whether there is any relationship?"
