    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is really a big concern when we talk about the free maternity care for our women and children. The other day, money was raised and I remember Safaricom gave Kshs50 million towards achieving this goal. The Chair should explain to us what is happening with the donations and the sponsorship being given to the Government to support this cause. This is a big concern that the Committee on Health in this House is failing to do its duties. Maybe, we will still call upon you, as the Speaker of the House, to redirect or even reconstitute the Committee so that they are able to perform their duties."
