    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order although I am a bit late. Our committee has been having challenges and I tried to raise that yesterday. We have not had the Chair and the Vice Chair for some time because they are always “flying blue”. So, there is a disconnect between the Committee and the Ministry of Health. Sen. (Prof.) Lesan has been trying to resolve these issues but I think we need to reconstitute the committee."
