"content": "My trail of thought was to go to division, but since the Papers have been laid and Notices of Motions given, we will proceed according to the Order Paper. We will now go to Order No.8. Sen. Kivuti, you may move to the Dispatch Box. Hon. Members, I have one more reminder. Today, in the Order Paper, there are many divisions that we are unable to do because of the numbers. I want to encourage everybody to be here tomorrow, being our last day, so that we can dispense with all the Divisions.
