    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to congratulate the Chairman of the Mediation Committee on attaining success in the deliberations of this Committee. Despite the general belief that there exists poor relations between this House and the National Assembly, the Mediation Committee has, indeed, proven that getting together and discussing issues can take us a long way. I congratulate them and second this Motion."
