    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am one of those who seconded this Motion. I did so because I know that this Mediation Committee has gone through a very thorough process which has involved all the Members from communities which raised serious objections to the Bill. I have seen Members of Parliament from what we used to know as marginal areas. They have sat with the Committee and gone through the Clauses. I am aware, that the Committee invited the public for public hearings on this Bill. I have gone through the report which has been presented here and I know that it is thorough. If Members would be patient and seek an opportunity to read, they would be satisfied that all the areas of difference and conflict have been ironed out."
