    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I do not know whether I will be pre-empting debate but I know that we have other Bills which we mediated on. There is the Water Bill and also the Land Laws Bill. I do not know whether we will follow the same path although by now, those Bills should have been in the House. By the time we were discussing this one, if these Bills were in the House, the Water Bill would have been disposed of."
