    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have made strenuous attempts to get an answer from the Cabinet Secretary in charge of health but unfortunately, there has not been a response in the last two times. Now, we have made it a third time to see whether we can get an answer. We understand the urgency and the seriousness about the mothers and the children crises in the maternity and we are trying our best to get the answer. If we are not able to get it through this way, then we have no recourse other than to ask the Cabinet Secretary to come and deliver the answer himself."
