Obure, and that is why the Senate Majority Leader might be thinking otherwise. There are some key core policy statements by the State at the highest level and you expect the Cabinet Secretary to be seized of that kind of matter. It is not just a matter of the State, this is an international committee meaning that the State has committed itself. So, when a few years down the road you are still struggling, what statement are we making to the citizens of the Republic? That is why it must be taken seriously because it is a key policy statement by the State from the highest office of the land. So, it should have systems in place for the information to be available.
