    "content": "On the issue of the summons, it has always been considered as if they are requests but actually, they are summons. Also considered is the taking of oath, publications and broadcasting, issues of assault, obstruction and threatening of another Member have been mentioned. Madam Temporary Speaker, if this Bill is passed, we shall have order but there are certain areas which this Bill will entrench making Parliament to have the dignity and decorum that it should have in any jurisdiction."
